We’ve hired out both saunas at Studland exclusively for She Leads.

SEA

Dip if you fancy it. Don’t if you don’t. This isn't about proving anything to anybody.

SISTERHOOD

Come alone or come with someone. Either way, you’ll leave knowing more women than when you arrived.

This isn't about making money from women showing up.

Your ticket covers the cost of the experience, with a little extra so Julia and I can add the thoughtful touches that make She Leads feel like She Leads.

Laila & Julia

Two women. A lot of conversations. And one very clear feeling: women need more of this.

She Leads Collective was originally founded by Laila as a space for women to show up for themselves, connect and experience something different.

It worked.

So when Laila and Julia started talking about what women are craving now — genuine connection, new experiences, community and a reason to actually put themselves in the diary — bringing She Leads back felt obvious.

We're not trying to reinvent what worked.
